Course objectives
Gaining insight into the development of mass media and communication processes. Considering all complementary components of mass media and the development of activities closely related to mass media (advertising, political propaganda, marketing, publishing, journalism, public relations, etc.). To introduce students to the basic concepts, principles and criteria of media literacy within the framework of culture in general, and media culture in particular. To create the conditions for students to be able to communicate correctly with the media, understand their functioning and the impact they have on the audience, and increase control over these processes at a more advanced level of media literacy.
Learning outcomes
