Course objectives
The course introduces students to the basics of the procedural programming paradigm and the basics of working in a development programming environment. It studies basic programming elements that are common to all modern higher-level programming languages. It presents basic algorithmic solutions and data structures that can be applied in different environments. Students are also introduced to the basic elements of a graphical user interface.
