Course objectives
To enable understanding of the basic concepts of marketing as a business concept. To introduce students to the most important marketing tools and marketing strategies. To point out the importance of understanding and interactive application of the elements of the marketing mix, especially those specific to the service industry (4P+3P). To encourage students to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge by creating a marketing plan.
