Course objectives
To introduce students to the basic concepts of organization and management of a company and the interdependent relationships between a company and its environment. To discuss relevant issues of modern management and entrepreneurship that enable the identification and overcoming of existing and potential problems that managers and entrepreneurs face when making decisions in a changing business environment. To provide understanding and connection between planning, organizing, human resource management, leadership and control.
