Course objectives
The course provides students with the basic knowledge needed for planning and developing software development. Students are introduced to models and methods in software development, both on a theoretical basis and on practical examples. The second part deals with the basics of project work. It aims to acquaint students with the basic knowledge and tools needed to manage projects in all phases of the project life cycle: initiation, planning, monitoring and control, execution and closure of the project using the example of software development. In addition to theoretical and practical work, students will be trained to create the scope of project management through the creation of a project assignment within the framework of software development for selected business processes. In addition to certain project management rules, students will also learn about the specifics of teamwork on projects.
