Course objectives
The aim of the course is to train students to solve simpler logistics problems in small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. They will understand the connection and mutual influence of user needs, logistics capabilities and financial consequences, and be able to consider ways to achieve competitive advantage through logistics support. They will gain knowledge about managing and optimizing transport within the framework of logistics processes within and outside the company.
