Course objectives
The aim of this course is to acquire basic knowledge about the construction management system. Students develop a methodological approach to the organization of construction and its optimization. Students are familiar with the technologies of input data analysis for the purpose of optimal construction organization. Students are introduced to the types of construction projects, the entities that develop them, and their analysis. The aim is also to acquire knowledge about the organization of construction sites and the organization of works in accordance with legal regulations. Students are introduced to the types of permits in construction, who issues them and under what conditions. The aim is to introduce students to the basics of construction regulations, that is, legal regulations in the field of construction.
