Course objectives
Terminologically define the terms: event - manifestation, point out the origin of the word and its meaning, clarify synonyms and foreign words for these terms in the Croatian language.
Enable understanding of the types and importance of events and manifestations for a tourist destination. Instruct students in the role of an event and manifestation management company and in all elements of the planning process, securing resources and operational implementation of events and manifestations. Provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage the preparation and implementation of a smaller event or a segment of the preparation and implementation of an manifestation.
