Course objectives
Provide basic knowledge about the legal relationship, sources of law, basic forms of business, the relationship between the state and tourism, and organizational structures in tourism. Instruct students in the provisions of the most important regulations that regulate business in hospitality, the provision of services in tourism and the work of tourist boards. To acquaint students with the regulation of mandatory relations in tourism and with the content of the most important contracts in catering and tourist mediation.
Learning outcomes
