Course objectives
To provide an understanding of the forms of organization, specific types and differences in the management of small, medium and large accommodation facilities. To introduce students to the characteristics of administrative and operational segments of the business and to tools for managing finances, purchasing, sales, operations and measuring efficiency in small and medium accommodation facilities. To provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to start a business and manage their own small and medium accommodation facility.
