Course objectives
Enable an understanding of the role of marketing, the needs of customers and consumers, and the peculiarities and structure of the hotel services market. Instruct students on basic activities related to market research, market segmentation, targeting and positioning, designing and managing hotel products, price formation and placement of hotel products. To provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary for designing marketing plans and managing the implementation of marketing plans for hotels.
