To introduce students to the main areas of research in organizational behavior, which studies the influence that individuals, groups, and structure have on the behavior of people in an organization with the aim of improving its effectiveness. To highlight the importance of understanding both oneself and others in the workplace and the impact of people's behavior in organizations on the success of organizations.
