Course objectives
Enable understanding of market definition of purpose and purpose and specifics of restaurant and bar marketing. Instruct students in basic marketing tools, how to run promotional campaigns and in the promotion of catering facilities. To provide an understanding of the possibilities of market networking of restaurants. To provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary for designing marketing plans and managing the implementation of marketing plans in restaurants.
