Course objectives
Enable understanding of the concept, reasons for creation, tasks, functions and perspectives of the development of travel agencies and their role in the distribution of services in tourism. Instruct students in the processes of strategic and operational planning, as well as organization and management in travel agencies. To provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to start and manage their own small travel agency or manage a department in a larger travel agency.
