Course objectives
Enable an understanding of the tourist market, consumer behavior, the specifics of planning, organization and decision-making in the marketing of travel agencies. Instruct students on the peculiarities of marketing business travel, travel for personal needs, and marketing processes of services provided by travel agencies. To provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary for managing marketing operations, designing marketing plans and managing the implementation of marketing plans in travel agencies.
