Course objectives
The course aims to introduce students to the role of ERP systems in modern companies. The course describes the way in which ERP is used to connect business processes and shows the relationship between business processes and program modules that make up ERP as a complex and centralized information system. The structure of the ERP system is analyzed at a theoretical and practical level. The importance of organizational preparation for the introduction of the ERP system is also emphasized. The course analyzes methods and tools for evaluating the organization, implementing the ERP system and maintaining the achieved effects. It also analyzes the project structure and resources, roles and responsibilities necessary for the effective introduction of the ERP system in a modern company.
