Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the role and importance of management and leadership in organizations, processes, people and projects. One of the aims is to increase the ability to understand and provide insight into the latest theoretical and practical concepts of management as a process, function, science and profession. Students will be introduced to the fundamental concepts, theories and functions of management such as: planning, organising, human resources management, leading and controlling and will understand and be able to apply certain specific business decision-making techniques.
