Course objectives
The main goal of the course is to master advanced methods in project management that are applied in certain phases of the project life cycle. After completing the course, students should be able to conduct an analysis of interested parties on projects of medium complexity, apply economic methods for evaluating projects in the project initiation phase, methods for a systematic approach to planning costs and deadlines, and qualitative methods for risk management in the project planning phase, 'fast-tracking' and 'crashing' methods for project implementation management and realized value analysis for monitoring project implementation. Students will get to know and learn to apply the basic concepts of agile project management methods.
