Course objectives
Develop the necessary competencies for successful human resources management in tourism companies, taking into account the strategic role and responsibilities of the human resources management function. Instruct students in the key processes of the human resources function in tourism and best practices for making appropriate decisions related to human resources in tourism companies, both in current conditions and in the challenges brought by global trends.
