Course objectives
The fundamental goal of the course is to enable students to acquire contemporary knowledge about psychosocial risks at work and their individual (health) and organizational (business) consequences, with a special emphasis on the nature, causes and consequences of work-related stress. The secondary goal is, through practical exercises and examples from practice, to introduce techniques and methods for preventing, managing and resolving work-related stress and other negative psychosocial phenomena at work in order to increase the quality of work and the well-being of employees.
