To highlight the changes that determine trends in tourism, and their impact on consumer behavior and the competitiveness of the tourism industry. To introduce students to the most important sources of information that indicate market trends. To instruct students in methods of interpreting qualitative and quantitative market trends in order to create innovative tourism products.
