Development and understanding of the concept of human resources management. Identification of key processes and activities in human resources management, and familiarization with their specificities. Focusing attention on understanding the importance of recruitment, selection, strategic planning, reward systems, and continuous education throughout the working life. Development of the correct value system in the process of judging and evaluating achievements and work performance.
