Course objectives
To acquaint students with the practical application of the strategic conceptual framework, models and tools for the purpose of creating a sustainable competitive advantage of the organization. Provide an understanding of the process of strategic positioning, strategic choice and management of strategies in action in profit and non-profit, public and private, as well as micro, small, medium and large organizations. To improve the research potential of students, which is needed in the process of strategic management.
