Course objectives
Students will be introduced to the historical overview, theoretical concepts, basic roles, activities and practices of human resources management, taking into account the organizational and socio-cultural specificities of business. Through case studies and concrete examples, they will gain insight into the relevance, distinctive features and necessity of an interdisciplinary approach in performing human resources management tasks. Heads of human resources management sectors from various industries will participate as guest lecturers in this course.
