Course objectives
Successful programs and strategic communications are the result of thorough research, planning and implementation. Precisely for this reason, the goal of the course "Community management 2" is to familiarize students with the basic concepts that are a prerequisite for planned and strategic communication, both in all business segments and on social media.
In an increasingly dynamic business and communication environment, timely and valid education is important for new staff and media professionals in order to be as expert and competitive as possible on the labor market and in developing the profession itself. The task of this course is to provide students with theoretical foundations in the field of new and social media with a special emphasis on business development and their role as communicators in the communication and information revolution. The term "community management" refers precisely to community management. In the online space, this means implementation, planning, integration of communication and its measurement and monitoring.
