Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the theoretical framework of family entrepreneurship and its main characteristics, and to enable them to transfer theoretical knowledge to real-life situations. In the implementation and organization of classes, students will be motivated to take initiative and leadership, and to strengthen their stimulating communication skills. Students will be shown the importance of recognizing the interests of all stakeholders in a family business, the possibilities of professionalizing a family business, and to enable them to make timely decisions about the transfer of ownership and leadership in family businesses.
Learning outcomes
