Course objectives
To introduce students to basic legal concepts and institutes in general from those legal areas that entrepreneurs in the private sector and employees in public companies and state administration bodies encounter in business practice. To enable students to understand certain legal concepts, institutes and norms whose knowledge is necessary as a theoretical and practical basis for studying more complex legal issues. To introduce students to the method of monitoring and studying regulations and to develop strategies for solving simpler legal problems.
