Course objectives
The objectives of the Commercial Law course during the one-semester interactive teaching process are aimed at introducing the students of the professional study of Entrepreneurship Economics to individual legal areas of commercial law by selecting those legal terms, institutes and norms necessary as a theoretical and practical basis for knowledge of the most important areas of commercial law.
