Development and understanding of the concept of human resources management. Identification of key processes in human resources management, and familiarization with their specificities. Focusing attention on understanding the importance of the process of professional candidate selection, reward systems, and systematic and continuous education throughout the working life. Development of the correct value system in the process of judging and evaluating achievements and work performance. Understanding the applicability of theoretical models to specific cases from practice.
