Course objectives
To provide students with insight into the scope and methods of work of public relations agencies, the situation on the agency market in the Republic of Croatia and Western democracies, to introduce them to the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for work in public relations agencies, to introduce them to the organization of work and the division of functions in public relations agencies, methods of selecting agencies and the ways in which agencies approach and communicate with clients. Students will also be explained how agencies set prices and charge for their services, and how they cooperate with and report to clients. Students will also be introduced to the ethical aspects of the work of public relations agencies.
