Course objectives
The course aims to provide students with the knowledge to analyze real business (organizational) systems and logically design their information (sub)systems. To point out the phases and content of the life cycles of information systems (IS). To introduce students to the fact that the development of a new information system should be carried out on the basis of the analysis of business processes, business events and data flows between the processes and events of the observed business system. Lectures and exercises should focus on the application of methods and techniques in the process of analysis, process modeling, data modeling and resource modeling of a new information system in the environment of the application of modern and current information and communication technology.
