Course objectives
To introduce students to fundamental research relevant to dramatic creation and dramaturgical practice, with an emphasis on theatrical dramaturgy.
To introduce students to the development of dramaturgy through literary and historical periods - through a systematic and analytical overview of dramatic creation, theoretical and analytical reflection on dramatic writing, and the development of theatrical practice.
To develop the skills necessary for the dramatization of prose texts and the dramaturgical treatment of dramatic texts, as well as those necessary for post-dramatic forms.
To adopt and develop dramaturgical skills necessary for working on a theatrical project.
To open up the perspectives of students in their own creative expression in the dramatization of non-dramatic and the formation of dramatic forms.
