Course objectives
To acquire knowledge about the fundamental principles of popular culture and media and their mutual influence and interaction, and to introduce students to the basics of the theory and history of pop culture and media. To develop students' abilities for interdisciplinary approaches in further research into the theory and history of pop culture and media, as well as to create conditions for the possibility of applying theoretical and practical knowledge from this area in their future professional work.
