Course objectives
Provide basic knowledge, vocabulary and structures necessary for understanding basic concepts encountered by tourism workers and managers using English. Train students in basic communication with foreign guests and business partners; for independent finding, selection, evaluation, summarization and presentation of information. Instruct students on basic topics and terminology that they will encounter during their studies in other courses for the purpose of independent reading of literature in English.
