Course objectives
Provide basic knowledge, vocabulary and structures for understanding the most important basic concepts and terminology of tourism, and for adequately managing contact with guests and clients from the Italian-speaking area. Enable students to apply language knowledge and skills in understanding, speaking and writing that are necessary for basic communication in the Italian language for tourism employees.
