Course objectives
Indicate the basic categories of the Companies Act. Focus on understanding the legal forms of companies, internal relations and responsibilities, distinguishing and choosing between more than one of them when establishing them, the rights and obligations of members and company bodies towards third parties. Enable the acquisition of a professional level of skills necessary for successful management of a company, resolving conflicts between members and company bodies, making judgments on increasing and decreasing share capital, how and when to act according to various forms of statutory and contractual association, how to exercise the right of the majority and protect the position of the minority and the rights of members in general.
