Course objectives
Develop a personal interest in managerial accounting on the knowledge and ability to understand accounting and other information and their use in making business decisions and business management. Provide knowledge and skills in mastering the concepts, techniques and methods of managerial accounting in the function of managing a business entity, selection criteria and selection of information for business decision-making, master decision-making based on costs, master planning (budgeting), control and evaluation of business performance, and build the basis for studying related disciplines that await them in the continuation of their studies and applying the acquired knowledge to other professional areas and disciplines.
