Course objectives
To introduce students to the role and tasks of operations management in an organization. To provide an understanding of the functioning of operations management in various business environments, so that students are able to independently identify and select appropriate tools and methods for supporting and improving business processes. To discuss current technological, methodological and other solutions used in practice, so that students can understand current trends, as well as how to implement them.
