Course objectives
The aim of this course is to introduce students to the basic knowledge of network science, from an interdisciplinary perspective. Students will also learn about the role of networks in modern society, politics, economics, and their own community.
Upon completion of the course, students will be informed about the importance of networking, the role of digital platforms and artificial intelligence in networking. They will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for "networking" and for using networking as an important resource. The aim of the course is also to introduce students to the characteristics of the information and network society in North America, Europe, East Asia, and Third World countries.
