Course objectives
The aim of the Media Literacy and Fact-Checking course is to enable students to gain an insight into the practice of fact-checkers and the settings of media literacy as a propulsive area in the study of the information environment. Through the acquisition of basic theoretical knowledge, as well as practical exercises, the practical skills of checking sources and information in the media environment are mastered. Students are required to think critically about the media environment and sources of information.
